Dr. Lyanne Colón PT, DPT
Lyanne Colón completed her undergraduate degree with a B.S. in Exercise Science. She then went on to complete a Clinical Doctorate of Physical Therapy program at Texas Woman’s University in Houston, TX.
She has had the opportunity to treat a multitude of orthopedic and sports related injuries throughout her clinical rotations in school, and years of being a treating clinician. She enjoys working with individuals who are looking to challenge themselves and stay active.
Lyanne was a Certified Personal Trainer and Crossfit Level 1 Trainer prior to starting physical therapy school. She continues to have a passion for guiding people towards a healthy lifestyle.
Lyanne grew up in Katy and was an avid volleyball and basketball athlete throughout high school. She currently enjoys working out at Crossfit GonzStrong, spending time with family, friends, and staying active with her two pups!
Lyanne is fluent in English and Spanish.
Dr. Caleb West PT, DPT, OCS
Caleb West completed his undergraduate degree with a B.S. in Kinesiology with a concentration in Exercise Science. He then went on to complete a Clinical Doctorate of Physical Therapy program at Texas Woman’s University in Houston, TX.
After completing a 12-month, full time orthopedic residency, he sat to be credentialed as a Board-Certified Clinical Specialist in Orthopaedic Physical Therapy. He continues to treat a variety of orthopedic and sport related injuries, and he enjoys working with active individuals towards their health, fitness, and wellness goals.
He has advanced certification/training as a Certified Orthopedic Specialist and Manual Therapy provider, and is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association.
Caleb enjoys staying physically active, socializing with friends, and spending quality time with his family. He also enjoys a variety of activities including basketball, tennis, weight lifting, cycling, and good old-fashioned dog walks.
